As with the 3rd edition ruleset, add an empty / empty library mod file to which entries can be added on a group by group basis.

Add a dice icon to weapons so that a weapons (ranged or melee) bonus can be taken into account during the characteristic check

Perform a complete refactoring of the ruleset to bring it up-to-date with the latest features of Fantasy Grounds v2.9 and in-line with enhancements made my other rulesets such as WFRP 3rd Edition and Advanced Fighting Fantasy 2nd Edition

Some preferences that are left over from another ruleset are showing in the preference window. These need to be removed.
